SUCA is a legal-tech platform that:
- Allows clients to submit legal cases for evaluation at no cost
- Uses AI analysis to assess case legitimacy and potential
- Connects approved cases with qualified contingency-based lawyers
- Facilitates lawyer-client relationships for legal representation
3. No Fees for Clients
Important: Clients never pay any upfront fees to use SUCA. Our platform is designed for contingency-based legal representation, meaning lawyers only collect fees if they successfully resolve your case. SUCA is completely free for clients to submit and manage their cases.
4. Lawyer Fees and Obligations
Lawyers using SUCA agree to:
- Pay a flat fee to access detailed case information and client contact details
- Work on a contingency basis with clients (no upfront fees to clients)
- Maintain valid professional licensing and good standing
- Provide competent legal representation according to professional standards
5. User Responsibilities
Clients:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about their case
- Submit cases voluntarily and in good faith
- Understand that case submission does not guarantee acceptance or legal representation
- Cooperate with matched lawyers in good faith
Lawyers:
- Maintain professional licensing and ethical standards
- Use case information solely for the purpose of legal representation
- Respect client confidentiality and attorney-client privilege
- Provide competent legal services according to professional standards
6. Platform Limitations
SUCA is a case-matching platform and:
- Does not provide legal advice or practice law
- Does not guarantee case outcomes or successful representation
- Does not guarantee that every case will be accepted or matched with a lawyer
- Is not a law firm and does not create attorney-client relationships
7. Case Approval and Rejection
SUCA reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject case submissions based on our criteria
- Remove cases that violate these terms or applicable laws
- Suspend or terminate user accounts for misuse or abuse
- Modify platform features and policies as needed
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of SUCA are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of SUCA is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use SUCA to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Interfere with platform operations or security
- Use automated systems to access the platform
11. Disclaimers
SUCA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
